Terms of sale

MSHPYTBEATZ is a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, trading as prod.mshpyt. Contact: mshpytbeatz@gmail.com. Prices are in pounds sterling and include any tax due.

A licence to use an instrumental, not ownership of it. Each tier grants different rights and limits, set out in full on the licensing page and in the licence document delivered with your files. The exclusive tier is the only one that removes the beat from sale.

Payment is taken by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's systems and never reach this site.

MSHPYTBEATZ currently sells to customers in the United Kingdom only. This is a tax registration limit rather than a preference: selling digital files to consumers elsewhere creates VAT obligations in their country from the first sale, and those registrations are not in place yet.

If an order is placed with a billing address outside the UK, it is refunded in full automatically, no licence is issued, and you will get an email explaining why. You are not charged anything in the end — though your bank may take a few days to show the refund.

Files are delivered immediately after payment: a download link appears on screen and is emailed to the address you gave at checkout. Links stay valid for 30 days.

If a link expires, or an email never arrives, contact us with your order reference and it will be reissued. Your licence does not expire — only the link does.

You would normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase and be refunded. Because these files are delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to confirm that you want them straight away and that you accept this ends the right to cancel. That confirmation is required before payment, and it is recorded with your order.

If you do not want to give that up, do not tick the box — but the purchase cannot be completed without it, because there is no way to deliver a download and also un-deliver it.

If a file is faulty, missing, corrupt, or not what the page described, you are entitled to a refund and you will get one. Contact us with your order reference.

Beyond that, refunds are at our discretion: a downloaded beat cannot be returned, and “I changed my mind” is not a fault. If a refund is issued, the download link is revoked at the same time and the licence ends.
