What we keep

Nothing is stored about you. There are no advertising trackers and no analytics on this site. Your cart is kept in your own browser and never sent anywhere until you check out.

We keep, against your order reference:

• — your name and email address, as given to Stripe at checkout
• — which beats and licence tiers you bought, and what you paid
• — the date and time you confirmed you wanted immediate access

We need these to deliver your files, to prove which licence you hold if it is ever questioned, and to keep the tax records we are required to keep.

We never see your card details. Payment happens on Stripe's systems; this site receives only a confirmation that it succeeded.

Stripe processes payments and holds the payment record. Resend sends your order email. Neon hosts the database the order is stored in. Cloudflare stores the beat files themselves, and Vercel runs the site. Nobody else receives your details, and they are never sold, shared for marketing, or used to email you anything other than your own order.

Download links stop working after 30 days. Order records are kept for six years, which is how long UK tax law requires business records to be retained.

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — email mshpytbeatz@gmail.com. Deletion requests are honoured except where a record must be kept for tax purposes, in which case it is reduced to the minimum required. If you are unhappy with how it is handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
